This 2002 Presto Jacket was released two years after the Nike Air Presto footwear debuted in 2000 at the Sydney Olympics, where it revolutionized sneaker design with its sock-like fit and unique sizing system (S, M, L, XL) for a more adaptable and comfortable feel.

Expanding on the success of the sneakers, Nike introduced the Presto apparel and accessories line in 2002, featuring high-quality designs that reflected the innovative spirit of the shoes. However, the available information on this collection is somewhat unclear, making it difficult to determine its exact structure.

On one hand, there are Presto pieces like this set, which feature embroidered Presto logos and small rubber tabs - such as the one on the sleeve of the showcased jacket. On the other hand, there are distinct Presto garments that aim for a more luxury, clean look, somewhat similar to the Luxury White Label line by Nike. These pieces include a dedicated Presto neck label. A example of this is the neon yellow Presto T-shirt, which is also available on the website.

This Jacket features a mix of elastic nylon and stiff cotton, creating a unique combination of flexibility and structure. It includes thumb holes, invisible zipper pockets, and a high-quality finish.

It is possible that Stewart Horner designed this Jacket. However, there is no official confirmation available online - only a Reddit comment saying that Footlocker requested a collection inspired by Code, which was published under the name Presto, commented by someone claiming to be Stewart Horner himself. Since there is no verified source, I don’t want to spread any misinformation.
